Customer Outreach Representative- Inside Sales - GT Software

GT Software is seeking a Customer Outreach Representative – Inside Sales to contact current customers and gauge user satisfaction and uncover cross- and upsell opportunities. This individual will also provide inbound marketing support for a team of Regional Sales Executives and will report directly to the VP, Marketing. This is an entry level position.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct current client outreach to discuss GT Software product usage
  • Learn and document how various roles in client organizations are using our products, and how those solutions are providing value
  • Assess technical and business needs of clients to identify potential expanded use of products
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and leads
  • Work with sales’ Account Executives to develop and implement account communication plans
  • Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of GT Software technology and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to customers
  • Infuse the marketing department with energy and positivity
  • Update client contact information and log all activities in CRM
  • Use a sales engagement platform to manage daily activity and outreach
  • Work the booth at trade shows, events, and conferences
  • Provide superior customer service to clients

Qualifications:

  • Be comfortable making phone calls in an open and positive environment
  • Maintain an infectiously positive attitude and outlook
  • Have an intellectual curiosity and strong ability to problem-solve

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Familiarity with technology and software tools
  • Excellent communication skills
