Neal Ganem

Chief Executive Officer

Neal has been involved with GT Software since its founding by his father, Joe Ganem, in 1982.  Initially working part-time during high school, he went on to lead sales and international expansion and has been CEO since 2002.  Neal built a highly-successful global independent distributor network that rapidly scaled GT Software’s delivery and global presence. Under Neal’s leadership, through organic and acquisitive growth, GT Software has become a leading International supplier of modernization technologies serving Global 1000 organizations.

Dr. Alex Heublein

President

Alex is President of GT Software. He was previously GT Software’s Chief Revenue Officer, leading the Sales, Solution Architecture, and Strategic Alliances teams. Prior to joining GT Software, Alex held a wide variety of executive roles including Vice President of Cloud Services at Hexagon, Vice President of Global Technology Services at Oracle, Vice President of Global Sales Enablement at Red Hat, and is a former HP Distinguished Technologist and Chief Technologist for HP’s Consulting & Integration business unit.

Alex holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA from Georgia Tech as well as a Doctorate in Business Administration from Georgia State University.

Roy Stubbs

Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Roy is responsible for software development, product management, support, and internal IT operations. With an extensive background in technology solutions implementation and software architecture, Roy is focused on driving innovation and advancing the GT Software product roadmap.

Prior to joining GT Software, Roy was CTO and co-founder at HGS Colibrium, Inc. At Colibrium, Roy oversaw the design and development of Tuo®, an enterprise sales automation and CRM solution for the health insurance industry. Preceding Colibrium, Roy held technical management positions at Connecture, NetVendor and O’Neal Steel. Roy received his BS, Computer Information Systems from Troy University in Dothan, AL and is also a former U.S. Army Warrant Officer and aviator.

Sharon Lynch

Chief Financial Officer

Sharon is Chief Financial Officer, overseeing accounting, enterprise financial activities, and human resources functions at GT Software. In her role, Sharon provides direction in both strategic and tactical areas focused on budget management, forecasting needs, and growth plans. Prior to joining GT Software, she served as CFO at ClickFox and Vice President Finance and Controller at Dun & Bradstreet Software. A Certified Public Accountant, Sharon has over 25 years of experience in high growth enterprise software companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech.

Caleb Clarke

Vice President of Marketing

Caleb has 20 years of broad marketing management and strategic planning experience. Before joining GT Software, Caleb led marketing at Onepath, a full-service IT company. Prior to that, he held a wide range of brand and marketing positions at Atlanta-based Nuesoft and before that Rollins. Caleb holds a BS from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Georgia State University.
