Neal has been involved with GT Software since its founding by his father, Joe Ganem, in 1982. Initially working part-time during high school, he went on to lead sales and international expansion and has been CEO since 2002. Neal built a highly-successful global independent distributor network that rapidly scaled GT Software’s delivery and global presence. Under Neal’s leadership, through organic and acquisitive growth, GT Software has become a leading International supplier of modernization technologies serving Global 1000 organizations.
Steve is Chief Operating Officer of GT Software. Steve previously held roles as an M&A advisor, corporate development executive with Verint Systems and Sage Group plc, and ran a new ventures group for The Weather Channel. Prior to that he was CEO of iTendant, a SaaS and mobile software company he co-founded in 2000. Steve is also inventor of U.S. Patent 9,378,515, which deals with the availability of mobile content based on a user’s location and the time of transmission.
Earlier roles included corporate finance strategy consulting and M&A advisory with Stern Stewart and corporate development with Oldcastle after starting his career as a software developer.
He holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
As Chief Technology Officer, Roy is responsible for software development, product management, support, and internal IT operations. With an extensive background in technology solutions implementation and software architecture, Roy is focused on driving innovation and advancing the GT Software product roadmap.
Prior to joining GT Software, Roy was CTO and co-founder at HGS Colibrium, Inc. At Colibrium, Roy oversaw the design and development of Tuo®, an enterprise sales automation and CRM solution for the health insurance industry. Preceding Colibrium, Roy held technical management positions at Connecture, NetVendor and O’Neal Steel. Roy received his BS, Computer Information Systems from Troy University in Dothan, AL and is also a former U.S. Army Warrant Officer and aviator.
Caleb has 20 years of broad marketing management and strategic planning experience. Before joining GT Software, Caleb led marketing at Onepath, a full-service IT company. Prior to that, he held a wide range of brand and marketing positions at Atlanta-based Nuesoft and before that Rollins. Caleb holds a BS from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Georgia State University.
Lisa leads the Finance, Accounting and HR functions and is focused on providing financial stability and efficient management of resources for GT Software. She brings over 20 years of experience in private equity consulting, corporate finance and public accounting. Prior to joining GT Software, Lisa was partnering with private equity firms with a focus on implementing value creation plans in a post-acquisition environment. In addition, she has held multiple Financial leadership positions with Sage Software and VeriFone Payment Systems. Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia. She is also an officer of St. Vincent de Paul, Good Shepherd Conference. St. Vincent de Paul provides person to person assistance to people in need.
As Vice President of Sales, Gary brings over 30 years of experience in a variety of sales and marketing leadership positions. Prior to joining GT Software, he spent his career with the IBM Corporation where he amassed a broad set of leadership skills and results, earning him numerous IBM sales awards and recognition. In addition to his success at IBM, Gary was selected to participate in the 2008 class of the Coverdell Leadership Institute and has taken executive leadership classes at Harvard University. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
As Vice President of Global Alliances, Wilson is responsible for driving sales of GT Software productivity and integration solutions to enterprise organizations worldwide. He is also in charge of cultivating and managing partnerships to expand the implementation footprint of GT Software mainframe integration and data access solutions globally. Wilson joined GT Software in 2004, and brings more than 20 years of business development experience to his role. Prior to joining GT Software, he led sales and business development posts at Jacada, ClientSoft and IBM. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Citadel in Charleston, SC.
