    John Pratt - President & CEO

    As President & CEO, John Pratt brings extensive leadership and management expertise to his role at GT Software, having held numerous executive positions at both large global technology companies and mid-market/emerging technology firms, including MMI, Agilysys, GBE Interactive, Blackstone and Cullen, and notably, IBM. In his nearly 25-year career with IBM, John scaled the management ranks to achieve significant executive positions in Channels, Sales and Distribution, as well as in IBM Global Services, where he was responsible for managing a wide range of businesses from start-ups to complex contractual services and post-M&A integration. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Monmouth University.

    Barry Selvidge - COO & General Counsel

    As COO & General Counsel, Barry brings 30 years of entrepreneurial, executive leadership and legal expertise to GT Software. As a leader, founder and operator of several successful businesses, Barry seeks creative solutions that achieve operational and financial efficiencies, while mitigating risk. He has served as the President of Prime Point Media, Payphone Publishing Company, and Mesa Management. He also served as the VP of Regulatory Affairs & General Counsel for Communications Central (CCI). Barry holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and a law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Tennessee and Florida.

    Bruce Kopkin - Executive Vice President

    As Executive Vice President, Bruce brings 30 years of experience in executive, sales and marketing positions in high tech, manufacturing and distribution industries. Prior to joining GT Software, Bruce served in executive sales positions for IBM, OmniVue, Transoft, JDA Software and Indus International. He also served as the President of Lorentzen & Wettre North America, where he tripled revenues through new channels and sales positioning and successfully developed an outsourced service business. Bruce is also the Founder and President of the Executive Sales and Marketing Association here in Atlanta.  He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

    Doug Harrell - Executive Vice President

    As Executive Vice President, Doug brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience to GT Software with a proven track record of improving gross profits, reducing operational expense and enhancing joint sales and marketing activities. He is a technology sales expert and solutions sales leader with core skills in developing, managing and driving organizational leadership within sales, operation and accounting/financial functions. Prior to joining the company, Doug held several leadership positions for Mainline Information Systems, where he served as the senior vice president of its technology infrastructure business, software and analytics practice, and prior positions as the vice president of the mainframe division and vice president of the southeast region. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Valdosta State University.

    Jeff Andrews - Chief Technology Officer

    As Chief Technology Officer, Jeff brings over 20 years of experience in IT in the manufacturing, telecommunications and financial industries. Prior to joining GT Software, he honed his leadership skills at SITA, 4 Access Communications, and Lancope. Jeff also served as the Chief Software Architect at Broadsource, Inc. in Atlanta. He has a consistent track record of increasing productivity, exceeding marketing and sales expectations and improving customer satisfaction. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science from Wichita State University and a M.B.A. from Jones International University.

    Gary Johnson - Vice President of Sales

    As Vice President of Sales, Gary brings over 30 years of experience in a variety of sales and marketing leadership positions. Prior to joining GT Software, he spent his career with the IBM Corporation where he amassed a broad set of leadership skills and results, earning him numerous IBM sales awards and recognition. In addition to his success at IBM, Gary was selected to participate in the 2008 class of the Coverdell Leadership Institute and has taken executive leadership classes at Harvard University. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.

    Wilson Rains - Vice President of Mainframe Software Solutions and Alliances

    As Vice President of Mainframe Software Solutions and Alliances, Wilson is responsible for driving sales of GT Software productivity and integration solutions to enterprise organizations worldwide. He is also in charge of cultivating and managing partnerships to expand the implementation footprint of GT Software mainframe integration and data access solutions globally. Wilson joined GT Software in 2004, and brings more than 20 years of business development experience to his role. Prior to joining GT Software, he led sales and business development posts at Jacada, ClientSoft and IBM. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Citadel in Charleston, SC.
