Secure Data Access

Ivory^® Data Access supports the SAF interface, providing simple integration into well-known mainframe security systems such as RACF, TOP SECRET and ACF2. The security rules defined in these security systems are fully applied to Web applications that directly access mainframe data sources (read/write/update). This integration ensures that PC or Web users will have access only to those host files for which they have the necessary authorization.

Ivory Data Access also provides its own integrated security features, which can be used in place of or in combination with the SAF interface. Ivory Data Access also supports any in-house security system in use.
